Jon is an incredible realtor, but more importantly, he is a Godly man. My family and I were truly blessed to have him as our realtor.

From the very beginning, he became our eyes and ears throughout the entire home-buying process. His communication was outstanding, and he coordinated with everyone involved. I honestly didn't have to lift a finger.

As an active-duty military service member, my family and I had to make a short-notice move from Virginia. We were under a very tight timeline, but Jon immediately got to work. Within 45 days, he introduced me to his team, worked seamlessly with my outstanding lender, and helped get everything in motion for our home purchase.

Knowing I was traveling to North Carolina alone to look at homes, Jon cleared his schedule so we could make the most of my visit. We were both determined to find the right home. In just one day, over the course of about eight hours, we personally toured, inspected, and evaluated 18 houses. His patience, energy, and attention to detail never wavered. We even enjoyed some time together at a local chocolate bakery shop to boost our energy! haha.

We found the perfect home in the perfect community for my wife and kids, and I couldn't be more grateful. Even more impressive, we closed in just 30 days.

Throughout the process, all I really had to do was talk with Jon over the phone while he and his team handled everything else. It was, without a doubt, the highest level of service I have ever experienced.

If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, works tirelessly for his clients, communicates exceptionally well, and makes the home-buying process as stress-free as possible, I cannot recommend Jon Mogollon highly enough.

Andrew was amazing during our recent home-buying experience. Any concerns that we may have had about being out of state buyers, purchasing a second home that is also a rental property, and not being able to view the property in person prior to purchase (due to our schedule) were laid to rest immediately after speaking with Andrew the first time. He was responsive, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and went out of his way to ensure our requests were met quickly. He also provided the contact info for all requested professional services we asked for who were just as professional and expeditious as he was. I wish that I could rate higher than 5 stars for Andrew and his team as they really made the entire process as stress-free as possible.
