Andrew Davis brings 17 years of real estate and related property experience to Quiet Waters Realty Group, where he has been an owner and member of the leadership team since February 2021. With a particular focus on Topsail Island vacation rentals, luxury coastal homes, and investment properties, Andrew enjoys helping clients find the right opportunity—whether that means purchasing a family home, finding a coastal getaway, or making a smart real estate investment.

Before joining Quiet Waters, Andrew served for 12 years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. A local small business owner, avid surfer, and fitness enthusiast, he has been deeply connected to the coastal community for more than a decade.
