Jon is an incredible realtor, but more importantly, he is a Godly man. My family and I were truly blessed to have him as our realtor. I honestly didn't have to lift a finger. As an active-duty military service member, my family and I had to make a short-notice move from Virginia. We were under a very tight timeline, but Jon immediately got to work. Within 45 days, he introduced me to his team, worked seamlessly with my outstanding lender, and helped get everything in motion for our home purchase. In just one day, over the course of about eight hours, we personally toured, inspected, and evaluated 18 houses. His patience, energy, and attention to detail never wavered. We even enjoyed some time together at a local chocolate bakery shop to boost our energy! haha. We found the perfect home in the perfect community for my wife and kids, and I couldn't be more grateful. Even more impressive, we closed in just 30 days.
