Brennan is a devoted husband and proud father of three who brings grit, discipline, and care into everything he does. A former college football standout at the University of Virginia, Brennan went on to play professionally, including a year in the NFL with the New York Jets, before a career-ending knee injury. He knows what it means to prepare, compete, and perform at a high level, and he brings that same mindset into real estate.

After coaching football in Naples, Italy for two years, Brennan took a non-traditional path toward food and farming. He worked as a chef and gained hands-on experience on his family’s farm in Maryland practicing regenerative agriculture with cattle, poultry, and silvopasture systems. That background shaped how he understands land, stewardship, and long-term value.

Since moving to Surf City, Brennan has managed beach homes and worked as a handyman, giving him a practical, boots-on-the-ground understanding of how beach homes are built and maintained.

Around town, you’ll find Brennan surfing, teaching sourdough classes, or leading a local F3 Christian men’s workout group, often before sunrise, helping other men grow in strength, leadership, and faith.
