Clint Bailey’s journey into real estate began in 2018 while serving on active duty in Navy Special Operations. After using his VA loan to purchase an investment property, he recognized the opportunities real estate could create for his family and developed a passion for helping others do the same.

In 2020, while stationed in San Diego, Clint earned his real estate license and began helping clients buy and sell homes along the California coast. Today, he brings that experience to coastal North Carolina, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the local market. As a local real estate investor himself, Clint understands both the personal and financial considerations that go into purchasing a home or building a property portfolio.

Clint also opened Quiet Waters Property Management, which focuses on long-term residential investment properties. Through both real estate sales and property management, he is committed to providing excellent service and helping clients make informed decisions, whether they’re purchasing a primary residence, selling a home, or investing in rental property.

Clint is a member of the National Association of Home Builders. He is also endorsed by Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) for the Camp Lejeune area, an organization that provides education to service members on how to make the most of their VA loan benefit.

Outside of real estate, Clint enjoys surfing and spending time with his wife and three children.
